ORDERS & CUSTOM DESIGNS

Can I order a custom design? Absolutely! We love bringing unique ideas to life. Simply contact us via our Contact page with your idea and we'll let you know what's possible. 

How long does a custom order take? Custom orders take 5–7 business days to print before being shipped. Please plan ahead, especially for gifts!

Can I get a name or message personalised on my order? Yes! Our Name Charms are specifically designed for personalisation. Contact us with the name you'd like and we'll take care of the rest.

PRINTING & MATERIALS

What are your products made from? All our creations are 3D printed using high-quality PLA filament - a safe, durable, and eco-friendly plastic.

Are your products safe for children? Yes! PLA is a non-toxic material. However, some items with small parts are recommended for children aged 3 and up.

Will the colours look exactly like the photos? We do our best to match colours, but slight variations can occur due to different filament batches and screen settings.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How do you ship orders? We ship with a courier & PUDO locker-to-locker. You'll choose your nearest PUDO locker at checkout and collect your parcel when it's ready - available 24/7!

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after your order has been printed and dispatched. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over R700.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we only ship within South Africa, but watch this space!

RETURNS & QUERIES

What if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll sort it out for you right away.

Can I return or exchange my order? Due to the nature of 3D printed and custom items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.

How do I get in touch? Visit our Contact page and fill in the form - we reply within 24 hours.
